You know, ol' BIGS forgot about Glen-Ray. And they are in state. Goes to show how often (NOT) NIKKI has needed a radiator. That would sure eliminate the necessity of any drilling.

@Chryco Psycho - that could inspire a new clutch fan!

@Bullitt- Madison's bout 100 miles from me.... not terrible. Wade you have obviously done a little leg work, goes to show not many shops left around here. Years ago there was a great place just 3 blocks from my shop. That would be easy!

@Brads70  - I don't expect "cheap" but what I want needs to be "right"

Stay tuned!

Glen Ray will fix it and if it is the original rad it is nice to retain the #.

Could just be a bad cap letting the steam out under pressure

I'd see if Be Cool has a radiator for your model year and go with that.  You can one decently priced from someplace like Jegs or Summit.

ToxicWolf

Got mine for the 572 hemi from Glen Ray.  Couldn't be happier.

Glen-Ray re-cored my numbers radiator for my 440-6. They even switched out the side mounts for correct date coded pieces at no charge. I highly recommend their services.

Mine originally had 19" radiator. Opening I believe is same for the 22". Changed mine to the 26 by just using adaptor bracket. 1 side is factory holes because of offset. And for the other side the bracket bolted to factory core support holes and then also to radiator. Really not much more than a flat plate with mounting holes. With the 26" some of it was shrouded with the core support because I do not want to cut up car. Ya really had to look to see it. Simple and effective with no cutting or drilling required. It also acted like a flex point for the aluminum mounting.
Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.
You are the only one in charge of your destiny.

Here's where things are at as of tonite - Talked w Bob from Glen Ray earlier today. Seems like a decent guy, he said 2-3 weeks turn around time to go 3row. It would be great not to do any drilling and BTW I have a overflow tank that I set up years ago. Keeping the 22" would not require me to alter that either.

Went out to the garage checked the overflow tank............ dry. Unbolted the shroud.......  more green   :wrenching:

Guys I really appreciate the input.... now I'm leaning more to the Glen Ray setup. I may as well get hold of Dave at roseville... get the correct fan too.

Bob is grate to deal with!!!  After dealing with him I would not go to anyone but him for my mopar needs.

Bob at Glenn Ray is hands down the best Mopar vendor out there, you can't go wrong getting your work done there.

Miss Nikki deserves the best, from the advice here that's Glen-Ray.
