Where is your room . . Close to the group I hope .. ??

I did not know there was a group hotel.  I'm at the Hilton Garden Inn in Harrisburg.

I can tell you about the waterski boat I just bought  8)

Well, I'm not going, so I'd like to hear about your boat. Those are the other mechanical things that keep me job-dependant!

Not to go off topic but I was cleaning the interior of my boat while you posted that.  Look forward to hearing about it.  Picture of mine in the "Let's get personal" thread, page 2 I believe . .

Yeah that is how I knew you were a skier and had a Supra

I ended up picking up a 1997 Malibu Echelon closed bow with the Indmar Monsoon 320 with 196 hours.  This is IMHO the best waterskiing boat ever made.  I'll tell you how came to acquire it if I see you at the show.

Now I just need to lose 50 pounds so that I don't need all 320HP to get my ass out of the water.

Supra Comp TS6M, here! Best wake I ever skied behind!

Obviously you have never skied behind a Malibu Response or Echelon  :crazytalk:

I split the topic off from the Carlisle thread . . Was in my ski boat Today for the first time . . Did well.  27 years old and looks great!  Need to go get some pics!

She's an oldie, but a goodie! I've put almost 1000 hours on her, since I bought her.

So what year is that?  Certainly the same platform . . Mine is a 91 watermelon and hunter green . . Special ordered by some doctor and then he couldn’t finalize the deal . . Sat for a couple months until I found it . . Has treated me well though out the years .  .

It's an '88. I replaced the rainbow longitudinal stripe, with one from a later year. I like the soft wake, for skiing, but I agree with my kids, not a good wakeboard boat!

97 Malibu Echelon

That's a nice looking rig. Now, if you only lived close to some water...

LOL  :haha:

Yes driving up my driveway and that ONE mile to boat launch ramp to the Sacramento River is a real problem.

I need more friends that ski

Haha, all you really need is two, one who can drive, and one who can spot.! It is more fun, when everyone takes a crack at it, though. Does that have Ford, or Chevy power?

Chevrolet

Malibu had a lot of engine options but the Chevy based Indmar Monsoon 320 is the best motor IMO.  Fuel injected and easy to work on.
