Not a talk radio show listener however a few decades ago I was hotfooting it the 2 hours home after working a week away from home at about 3AM. There was a talk show on and this counselor said "ask yourself if the issue is important enough to end your marriage" I have always thought about that to put issues into perspective. So "Yes dear you're right" might not be as frivolous as it sounds.
