Looking for opinions dealer color and upholstery book

on this Dealer Data/Trim book. I have been looking for one, not real serious, but still looking. This seems quite rough for what the seller is asking. What do you guys think?

In that condition it's a lot of money. I would wait for a nicer one to come up.

It does seem high. The cover looks good though.
