Various oils recommendation

Hi all,

I have the factory manual but I wonder if there is anything new or better that you recommend. 

Manual gear box -

Dana rear-

High zinc motor oil for initial break-in-

Joe Gibbs , Brad Penn & Driven  have high zinc motor oil & special oils for break in .
Manual trans / 833 use a GL4 oil , anything GL5 is too slippery for the syncros to work properly .
Diff I use 80-90 gear oil with additive for sure grip , I have heard of problems using synthetic oils but I have never actually witnessed a problem

I forgot manual steering box...  same as rear diff ? SAE90 gear oil per book?
