About a month ago I attended Cruisin the Coast along the Mississippi gulf coast. Low an behold when I went to buy an event T shirt. My car was selected and put in the shirt!!

The whole week I would spot people walking around with my car on their backs, haha, it was so excited.

That's cool, but I'd consider putting the AAR strip on the drivers side too. Not sure why you'd only put it on the passengers side...

Haha, I submitted the picture about 2 months before I put the stripes on. I knew it was my car because on the shirt the artist left in the baby seats in the rear.(zoom in) I guess he thought they were sport seats or something, hahaha.

Also the wheels were a pretty good giveaway.

At a few stops people kept calling it a nice clone, only one or two read the tags and smiled. I didn't feel the need to correct anyone, just minding my business and enjoying the fun on the coast.

I bought the car with no stripes, which It had been this way for quite a while. I think Mr. Mark said it lost its stripes somewhere around 1977.

I buffed out the 30 year old orange paint and put stripes back on it. I drive her all the time and just enjoy every minute. She does see the autocross about once a month too
