I gotta say - I love where this topic has gone from where it started.

I grew up around e-bodies, so you could almost say that my love for them developed as sortuva stockholm syndrome - and that's not a bad thing. 

But my recent love for these old cars has come from my own exploration - my own desire to check out car museums (like the Carlisle party we had in July!) and just getting to see stuff I've never seen before (like that badass DeSoto Wade posted!)

I really have no idea if or how I'll pull it off, but I'd love to take an old '56 Dodge 2-door and build my own street rod.  It's my dream du-jour...
