I bought a" greatest hits"  lynyrd skynyrd CD a few weeks back.  I've played it to death in my work van. Funny they were just Mehhh to me back in the 80's when I was a teenager but I really like them now. Even stranger is I couldn't stand Johnny Cash much when he was alive but now I really appreciate his music.  I must be " mellowing" with age?  :notsure:
I'm thinking maybe it's most of the new music is total crap! With a few exceptions.....

It had been 40 years last Wednesday since I first saw Queen - Thin Lizzy opened - so I've been listening to A Night At The Opera in the cd player. And yep, I drove my 73 Challenger up to Birmingham for what turned out to be a pretty good show..

    One of my all time favorites.  I don't think they had any hits besides this song, but wow what a voice he had.
