I had three numbers hit in the drawing last night , half way to $1,000,000,000 prize and I get $10. Haha.
Had 5 numbers in Lotto once , so still have a chance to do better.

I won $7 in Mega millions once.  I guess my dream of purchasing an island in the south seas and populating it with a concubine of tropical girls will just have to wait!  :crying:
I won a King handheld aviation transceiver from a flying club raffle 20 years ago, and won an iPad in 2011 at a flight instructor survey meeting so I've had luck with aviation related contests.
I've entered a number of car raffles when they give away a cool Mopar and always manage to lose, most recently the red hemi Challenger along with a custom late model one.  I keep thinking I'll get lucky in one of those raffles someday but so far no dice!

One odds expert said your odds to win are equal to rolling one dice and coming up with a snake eye 11 times in a row.   :bricks:

I have never won more than $10. I have won a few hundred dollars racing though, I should kept track of it all.

:haha:  Yup, this is me, I have NO luck at cards, lottery etc. which is why I`ve only gambled once at a casino for fun. I think the most I won was $75 years ago with Mass Megabucks, since then maybe $5 once a year. I but a Megabucks and Powerball ticket once in a while as you never know. I have spent $50 a couple times on different lotteries to win a Viper but no one called me on those either.  ::)

I had an early Christmas present last year.
On Dec 11 I got a call from my nephew saying that I had won this 2020 Honda Civic that I had bought a $20.00 ticket on in September.
All 450 tickets had been sold.
I've always supported minor hockey along with other sports.
Ironically almost 50 years to the day my dad had won a 1969 Pontiac Strato Chief through the local GM dealership and food store promotion.
I was also born on my dads birthday in August, albeit it 30 years after him.
My 35 year old son born a few days shy of my birthday, says that means he's in line to win a car 50 years from now...at 85  :veryexcited:

Let's see, years ago in the mid 70's I entered a Coca Cola contest and won a complete (radio and speakers) Audiovox car stereo. My biggest luck out for a win was when I took my late 80's Jeep Cherokee limited down to the local Dodge dealership. This was in the early 90's, as I walked through the showroom at Moss Motors Dodge now Moss Bro's. Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. I entered a "Love your Auto" contest drawing, hey, what the heck. Prizes were a $500. Weekly win and a Grand Prize  of $2,500. at the end of the month. I received a call from the dealership at the end of the contest.Well how about that I won the Grand Prize. This is the dealership I purchased my Challenger from back in the day. When I told them I owned a '70 Challenger I bought from their dealership and that I still had it, they wanted me to bring the car down to them for a photo session in front of the dealership and be presented the $2,500. check, to be placed in the local newspaper. They asked what I wanted to do with the money, since it really wasn't for a cash out value. I had them locate a 225 Slant6 engine, one that had never been installed in any car or truck. 3 weeks later my engine was sitting on their parts room floor on a pallet, come and get it. A long block for $900. down from a quote of $1,100. That engine is still in the car to this day. The other part of check went to an account at the parts dept. I still go over and look at the new cars, last one was a Jeep Gladiator. Quite eventful happening. Thanks,   Al

Here's a related question...does anybody here play the lotto every week ?

I have never bought a lottery ticket in my life (like those weekly draw type) :dunno:

Does that mean I'm thousands ahead ?
