She's a nice ride, I've owned it since '94, originally purple, then orange, then blue, then purple with white top, it's now back to factory colours. 71 formal roof, non rt with a 340 auto, luggage rack and a/c. I restored it 94-96. The shaker rt Dakota is ours as well (race truck). Patiently waiting for my 2022 1320 Challenger to arrive for race season. Yes, I do like tire smoke😁

Someone could have added them along the way or maybe Dodge had some left from 1970 and used them up until they were all gone. I don't have the build sheet so who knows. There was lots of weird things the Dodge boys did back in the day. Mine was a Dec 23 build so I think someone decided to put a couple Christmas wreaths on each side of the car.
They do look right at home on the car :twothumbsup:
