Someone could have added them along the way or maybe Dodge had some left from 1970 and used them up until they were all gone. I don't have the build sheet so who knows. There was lots of weird things the Dodge boys did back in the day. Mine was a Dec 23 build so I think someone decided to put a couple Christmas wreaths on each side of the car.
