Not sure why they changed codes, but it appears to be date related. Early vs late. :thinking: What did they change later in the year? :clueless:

I would say YES. On E-bodies I only found 110 + 111. 112 + 113 only on B-body

I found one sheet with 113 on a V-code Cuda auto. :notsure:

There wasn't much left of the sheet from my 70 challenger, but I was curious what it said after reading this post. In the engine section it says 63...I didn't see that in your list. :dunno:

in a '70 MOPAR - E63 represents 383 cu.in. engine with a 4-barrel carburetor

a blue 383 4bbl Carter equipped engine was rated 330hp (same cam as 383 2bbl)
an orange 383 4bbl Holley equipped engine was rated 335hp & "HP" stamped (same cam as 440HP 4bbl)

there are NO/ZERO/NADA 383HP c-bodies in 1970

it's not there in black & white - lots of time collecting/organizing data & patterns emerge - known dates & sequence numbers & time stamps = EARLY VS. LATE

still looking for specific plant walkout/strike data & vintage UAW contract info - this all started a few years ago with the "LAST HEMI" pissing match

So you're saying the cars are built in order of the sequence number in the top lefthand corner of the sheet ?

Wouldn't that just be the order the sheet was printed ?

And thank you everyone that helped with all the codes and answering the questions. Was on the phone with @6bblgt (https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/6bblgt_211) last night for about 2 hours as we made the final push to get all the codes figured out. Dropped off the master file today with the programmer and we'll be Beta testing the Build Sheet decoder soon!!!!!

We feel we are 99% complete and perfectly accurate with all the information. We feel we have uncovered some new information too. But we'll continue to chase perfection and find the last 1% of odd and weird code / combinations. This is just one more step for E-Bodies.org in gathering and sharing information. The more we all know and share, the better off the hobby is.

it was N88 "Speed Control" that was V8 w/automatic ONLY & not available w/340 or multiple-carbs (B51 "Power Brakes" required w/big-blocks)
G * 318 - E44 D31
L * 383 2bbl - E61 D32 B51
N * 383 4bbl - E63 D32 B51
U * 440 4bbl - E86 D32 B51

there should be engine codes for the /6s with "Air Conditioning", anyone have a broadcast sheet from one?

if my math is correct - for 1970 there should be somewhere around 45 slant-6 Barracudas with "Air-Conditioning"

I know of a couple /6 with A/C Challengers, one is a convertible - the other a SE that was for sale December 2014 :rubeyes:
