darn valve cover bolt keep coming loose and causing oil leaks!!! i even went as far as using the blue silicon gaskets but still leaking !! I have the die cast valve covers and stock manifold as sick and tired of dam oil leaking valve cover gasket need help please.
You could tread teflon thread sealer , it won't harden but might add enough resistance
If your not hung up on stock looking hardware..... These have a nylon button inserted into the tip area, they don't loosen due to vibration.. You have to actually put a wrench on them...
I choose 7/8" length which is probably about right, but McMaster Carr has lots of options..
How about Loctite ? :dunno:

Honestly loctite doesn't work very well in that application.. The heat causes it to release... Plus it's hard to get all the oil residue completely gone before application....
I have been using Vibra-Tite for other applications https://www.vibra-tite.com/threadlockers/medium-strength-removable-threadlockers/hot-lock-extreme-high-temperature-threadlocker/.

Fair enough... :drinkingbud:
OR, if you're not obsessed about it being "stock" , you could install one of the valve cover stud kits and be done. Just my :alan2cents:
