fuel psi drop

I am having sporadic loss of fuel pressure issues  just driving a round I will loose  pressure ( tank is over 1/2 full)  everything is new  pumps are carter electric at the tank and carter HP manual ,then Areomotive filter and Holley regulator set @ 6.5 psi fuel lines at tank are heat wrapped and up along front by exhaust. I don't want to just start replacing stuff that may not be bad. every thing has about 500 miles on it and the tank and pick up are all new.

any Ideas where to start.?

Check the filter first , it may have picked up some debris inside the new fuel tank , not sure why you are running 2 fuel pumps though , either  the electric or mech pump should do the job alone

front filter was clean I have the tool coming to remove the sending unit retainer ring so I can pull it out. 2 pumps since these darn six packs  like to vaper lock so the rear pump is to feed the front one .
