Any tutorials here or elsewhere anyone know about, search turned up nothing. Also source for new rivets?

 I contacted SMS who have a rebuild service, told me they don`t sell the rivets but could do my hinges fro $295 plus shipping.  Said no thanks, I`ll do them myself.

Don't know if RestoRick still does them, that service doesn't seem to show up on his webpage anymore. Last record I have is from 2014 and the cost was $190.00 USD back then. He might be worth a call for the rivets though.

Going to cut one apart and get the calipers out to measure them, see if they are a stock item.

Nice to know those things can be had by a private party.  Wonder if you have to buy in bulk though to get just one or two?
