Will SE Headliner fit a 74

Will SE headliner work in a 74 ? If it will, is SE Headliners still making them and the overhead console ? I have emailed them a few times and get no response.

Yes, the roof structure and trim items are basically the same from 70 to 74.   Shouldn't have any issues fitting.

Agree, I would just add that many times in this hobby it's better to call a company rather than e-mail.

I found his # in a old post on here so I called him today. He is still making the SE Headliner but needs the measurement from the front to the back of the roof following the curve to see if it is the same length for a regular roof vs a SE. My car is still at the body shop so will have to measure the next time I get there.

70 S.E.'s and 71 formal rear windows get the small rear window plug which does make the S.E. headliner different and longer than a standard rear window Challenger. This is about the only pictures I have on my phone showing the differences between the rear windows on my two 70's.

Body shop measured the roof following the curve of the roof and it was 55". He searched his stash of old parts and found a original SE headliner he had, and it looks like they are the same. The wide SE interior trim looks to cover the area that is around the plug.
