Keep the bottle and refill with rv antifreeze.
Is your battery one of those " ODYSSEY" brand? I use them and yes they are heavy! WOW!  I have one going on 13 years now..... bought  new one for the Challenger  this summer and use the old on in the Javelin.
Send me a picture of the carb in the snow thrower I'm usually pretty good at cleaning them if they are not too bad.
