According to Galen's book that is a Carter AVS - 383 HP - 1971. That could be used on either Barracuda and Challenger, but also B-bodies. Nice carb for whomever needs it. (I think the 'Cuda and performance Challengers all came with Holley though.)

Update: It looks more like an AFB vs. an AVS. Is the body number the same as the Tag?
