E-Bodies.org Facebook declines ALL my posts!

My apologies if this is inappropriate to address here but I've run out of options and ideas

As the subject line says, E-Bodies.org FB Group automatically declines all my posts ever since I joined it. All of them have been innocent, innocuous posts. As an example, my last two were: (1) the crystal Pentastar picture with no text/comment and (2) "I think you meant Bill, not Dan, of Evanswiring". Both automatically declined, not even under review. I messaged an administrator (Tavis) weeks ago IIRC and have got no response to date.

Any insight from anyone as to why I'm being treated this way there?

Does your Facebook profile have any kind of an image?  My profile did not thus, I had the same issue until I added a profile image.  The admins may also need to grant permissions to your account.

Thanks for this  :bigthumb: . It didn't, I just added one and it seemed to work. The Pentastar picture is in my Activity Log. I must have deleted all the other declined posts.

Well it looks like the Profile picture wasn't the solution. Actually, the Pentastar picture I thought was accepted still has the "Declined" word under it.  I give up trying to post there. Hell, after too many declines they might just ban me for life. It's sad, I'm sure I could have offered what knowledge I have.

I had the same issue, the admins helped diagnose the issue ( no profile pic). Hopefully they can figure out the problem for you.

I have some of my posts accepted and some just seem to disappear, not sure why as that doesn`t happen on any other page. Maybe it has something to do with their settings as to what is automatically allowed?

I guess I have to go down the list of Admins until one messages me back. This was my first attempt.

What's this Facebook thing you talk about? Is it new?

This forum also has a Facebook presence with the same domain name. It's been around for a while now.

Same issue. Declines any post I try.
I added a profile picture a couple weeks ago too.

I only joined FB for marketplace and to join some mopar groups.

Have you contacted the group admins?  I had the same issue, one of the group admins noticed the issue was my lack of profile pic on FB.  Although the admin didn't mention having to do anything else to enable my posts, it's possible they did.  Perhaps something special has to be configured because your profile didn't have a pic when you initially joined the group? I think some of the groups also required a grace period before your allowed to create or respond to posts?

I haven't contacted them yet. Was going to be my next step.

I'm right there with you!  Facebook tracks, watches and has AI run most of the groups now.  They keep taking more and more control away from us moderators and it sucks.  I love and hate Facebook!  So we're clear, it's not any moderators doing it.  It's Facebook that checks for things like how long you have been a member, if you have a profile pics, and other things to make sure you are real.  The 2 big issues they find is you have to have a profile pic and you have to have been on Facebook for at least 1 year.

I sent you a link to be an "Group Expert" to see if that helps.

Thanks for the link, I "accepted" it. Yes, I know it's not the moderators/admins; it's ALL Facebook. I'm still hesitant to post there. I was banned with my original profile and the appeal was denied. I don't recall how many times I tried to post before that ban. I think I'm up to that number of attempts with this "Janos" profile and don't really want to risk a second unwarranted ban.
