ITS IN THERE!!!   fought the brakes but finally took her out!!   Fresh go juice and a quick spin before traffick got bad.   WoW    can't believe it.  still shocked.     obviously need to get her out tomorrow asap!!!   77* and sunny. 

after over 10 years fighting that damn vibration.    I think it's over.    Better.  Much better.    Still need to adjust the 4 link.   but it's smooth down the road!!!.  sure the shifter rattles  butt      all that money.  countless hours wrenching. Bet I took that trans. out 50 times.  or more.  I mean I replaced the engine fighting it.                                      Tomorrow      will be good.         

seriously after all that.  I'm at a loss for words.  they can't explain the torment.

Nice! So what was the cause/solution to the vibration?

Can't say for sure.   Something with the old 8 3/4 housing.  I think it's tweaked.  Could be the Richmond gears but we went through those. Nothing I could do changed the vibe at all. So I replaced everything.  *sigh*

Think worst case scenario.    And when I busted that upper bar on the 4 link. That was it.  I went all in.     Now it's mac n cheese or PB&J on a hot dog bun.   Ha. Ha.       

I was gonna fix it or die trying.  Been an epic battle.

I am glad you found & eliminated the problem at least , now that it is good the price will be forgotten overtime
