70 challenger dash frame vent position

Hi guys can any one tell me what holes i need to fill on bottom of my dash frame before i paint frame.The vent  control broke are these  2 controllers factory.

ALL the holes in that picture are factory holes, so no worries there.
The one vent cable mounted with some sort of make shift metal bracket is not original.
The square "vent" cable is correct for 1970. Round one is not
New "vent'' cables are available in reproduction. Contact David at Roseville.

Thanks so is there meant to be 2 vents and how about the holes with all the tech screws

TWO cables , FOUR  screws. The rest of the holes are not used unless you have a map light
