70 Cuda quarter window stuff

I attached two pages from 70-71 Parts Listings, hope they are not hard to read.

Part #7 is a little spring, looks like it maybe preloads the main slider somehow.
Is this spring absolutely necessary ? If so, are they repro'd ?

Next, part #35 looks like maybe a bolt-on up stop, with #3 and #4 screws and washers.
I don't have these and don't know what they look like. I'd like to find some.
By chance does anyone have a pic of these, installed or on a bench ?
