cuda interior rear door panel installation

Just got my new rear interior panels and what is sold as a correct set of screws to hold them in place, there are 3 different styles, just wondering which go where.  there are the standard appearing chrome trim screws, a broader flatter head with washer, and a style that has a long non threaded neck.  My old panels were just held in place with pep boys trim screws, any help much appreciated

So your screw kit is not correct either because none of the factory screws ever used a washer....so you might as well just use each screw wherever it fits best
