Door panel assembly questions

Couple quick questions.

1.  Door panel clips, when installed tab out towards outside or tab towards interior?
Looks like it needs to go onwards

2.  Armrest and bracket screws, panels came with clips installed, doesn't seem right.  Looks like they shouldn't be there and the screws should go into the armrest to tighten.  What is correct?

Towards the inside of the panel, it locks over the door frame and only on the middle tab.  That's why they're always laying at the bottom of the door when the panel is taken off.  Take those x2 clips off, the pads are held on with screws and flat washers.

You're also missing the arm rest reinforcement brackets

I have the originals Alan, they were hanging up from zinc tank.
