Interior panel dyed but no sheen?

Sorry for the late response.  I used the SEM rattle cans.  Worked great.  If you're talking the entire interior you'll need at least 4 cans. Maybe more depending.

Got the redye  done with SEM Landau black 15013.   Perfect match.
