Anyone recognize this Steering Wheel? E body?

Anyone recognize this steering wheel? Seller says its to 70-71 e body. I doubt that. Note holes at outer part of spokes.

I dont see any steering wheel like that in the Mopar catalog.

I think, that this steering wheel cover goes on the steering wheel you have posted.

I see. Cool. I will use the wheel for "woodgrain" painting practice before I move to rim blow restoration.
