Best Epoxy For Plastic

Hey guys,

What do you think the best Epoxy For Plastic interior pieces would be?  I've always had success with PC-7 but would JB Weld be better? 

What do you guys think?  What do you use?  Thanks

Those 2 products are probably the same thing just a different brand.

For repairs like cracks in plastic trims that go around the base of the dash, a/c vent housings, lower a/c dash trims, and consoles I've always used black ABS cement, seems to work well.

It's for a friend of mine who's trying to repair the console on his 68 Charger.  It's cracked toward the base in the back and it's so thin he can't find anything that works.

There is a technique that uses acetone and some similar donor material to make a plastic paste that might work. The acetone melts the broken plastic and it can be stuck back together. Use the donor paste for added support or for filling bigger cracks. Good luck!

I learned the "goop" technique from the HO slot car guys to fix the bodies, acetone works but most prefer to use Testors glue #3502.  I am going to try this stuff next time I have a grill or something to repair as it is highly recommended.
