Did the gas, brake and clutch pedal have the chrome trim  on them from factory, on a 70 cuda?

It is a trim option. Not all had them.
It would also include the emergency brake pedal.

My 70 Challenger has them as part of the western sport special, which is essentially a dress up package. I wonder if there was something similar for the Cuda. Never heard of one.

Almost certain all the SE/WSS trim was added to my Slant6 base model 70 Challenger by the dealership to dress up an otherwise plain Jane car to help sell it or a deal was worked out by original owner and dealer to swing the deal. This includes the pedal dress up and the rest of the SE interior trim.

Interesting that the Gran Coup came with the pedal dress but not the Challenger SE as standard.
