As I'm putting together my dash, I found that the Year One harness I ordered a few years ago had a large chunk of plastic cracked off (never left it's shipping box and no damage to the box, but nothing I can do at this point). I decided to give a try to one of these plastic welding repair kits. I should have bought one of these things years ago, I could have saved a couple of dash pieces that I already replaced, but it will come in handy in the future for sure and I highly recommend picking one up, they're 20 bucks for the cheap version, but I should have stepped up a little more for the one that comes with smoothing blades.

Essentially it's a squiggly thin wire like a paperclip that melts into the plastic, making a strong repair.

Looks good. Thanks for posting that as I have a couple repairs in my future.
