Thanks everyone!  I am planning on getting them from Bill Edwards.  The quality looks very nice, and the date coded tags are also include.

I've heard great things about Bill Edwards work for many years.
That's who I plan to use on my next build.
Those date coded seat belt tags from ECS aren't cheap.  I like having them myself, but if you don't need them, you might ask Bill whether he can do a price break for not having to install those.  Just an idea.
I'd rather build it with the tags, but I know some people are on a tighter budget than me.

Update: I got my seat belts back from Bill Edwards, he did a great job and was easy to deal with.  Recommended!

Does bill restore the retractor mechanism also?   (or at least make it work properly if it doesn't retract?)
