SE Challenger or Gran Coupe Seat Belt light

For the SE Challengers and Gran Coupes, what wiring controlled the Seat Belt warning light in the overhead console?
Was it just on a timed delay, or was there something actually wired into the belt connection?
If it is a timed delay, where is that wiring and does anyone remake that?
