Seat Belt wire

i am trying to figure out what this other end connects too. Is this the passenger side connector or driver side? What does the red and grey wire connect too? I have a wiring chart, but this particular wires dont show up.

I don't recall which is which but one plugs into the retractor and the other goes to the switch made into the seat bottom. I've unplugged the seat bottom to prevent the annoying buzzer

I guess i lost whatever was under the seat years ago. Never saw what it was. Does it need to be grounded or can i just leave it as it is?

 I believe just leaving them unplugged only disables the warning device
