Sun Visor Paint

What paint should I use for the sun visors?  I'm currently working on other interior parts using Herb's Adhesion Promoter and Paint.  Not sure about the sun visors.  I've read about "Suede" finish, but not sure if it applies to the sun visors?

SEM makes good quick paint for jobs on Vinyl and Plastics.

1971 Barracuda  H6F7  Green Interior.  Herbs color chart shows #1200 Metallic Green for a '71 . The only other Green on his color chart for a '71 is #1184 Light Metallic Green, but my interior pieces look dark green unless the sun visors use a different color? Attaching pic.
