Hey everyone. I just purchased a 1974 Dodge Challenger Rallye. I love it.  Of course, I am trying to get to know it and already have a list of things I want to start on. I have looked trough this forum and see that I am in a good place.  I hope to gain information and of course share any information to others.  Looking forward to talking to other E-body lovers.  :worship:

Thanks, I have wanted one for over 20 years...I decided to get one pretty much done (but you know it will never be "done") I wanted to restore one initially, but decided to go ahead and get one in this condition due to just my time now in life.  Still working full time, stupid HOAs that you cannot work on your cars in driveway...lol, and to be able to just go out and drive it NOW...(Im impatient sometimes). You only live once...decided to make the dream become reality.  I am excited, now my wife...it will grow on her eventually.   :haha:

Welcome from CA. Was your car came from Canada? I remember looking at one exactly like yours freshly restored 5 to 6 years ago at a classic car dealer website.

I purchased it from a dealer in TX and had it shipped to FL.  Ironic thing is it was previously registered/titled in FL.  The restoration seems to have been done a while back, but honestly not really sure how far back.  The radio that was put in it from a previous owner has the detachable face CD player type, its not working, but it seems that was a late 90s early 2000s thing. Again, not sure that is the timeframe of the restoration, but it makes me think it could have been that far back.
