And for a carb,  I always used to run a Holley mechanical dbbl pumper never had too many problems with them and parts are plentiful.

Thank you Guys for your opinions, i decided to buy a Holley carb and search for original TQ carb to have as a second one.
73 'Cuda 340/3 spd, resto in progress
68 Charger 383 HP/727, needs resto

Good luck with your search for original TQ... I have the 6319S for my Automatic 340, but you'll need the 6318S... I'm currently running Edelbrock 1406...
