22K is a great price!  Replace that wiring harness and get that thing a smokin some tires!

I have to say, since it isn't running around that sitting on a lift is a pretty cozy spot for it to chill out.

Canadian or American, as long as you dont have to repaint it you did great.  It doesnt have to be perfect.  Get it running and go enjoy it.

Don't worry about the price. E bodies have exploded in price over the past couple years and if it's all there and running your doing alright.   

I agree to replace all of the wiring and start fresh. I've done it to every mopar I've ever owned and it's money we'll spent.
