New member from the suburbs of Chicago. I am a big Mopar fan of both old and new. I have to admit that over the years I have strayed from Mopar a few times but I am trying not to let it happen again!  I originally bought my 1972 challenger so my father would have a car he could cruise around in and take to cruise nights, Because I didn't want him driving his 1967 barracuda that we were restoring. The reason I didn't want him Driving the barracuda was because he bought it new and it still has less than 4000 miles on it. Well that plan lasted for one summer! So let's fast forward 11 years.  The barracuda is finished, and the Challenger hasn't run in 10 years! LOL

Seeing as this is an E body site I will stay focused in the Challenger and start a new thread in the modern HEMI swap section. (Yea the 72 drastically changed direction from being a car for my dad to cruise around in)
