from St. Catharine's, ON  Not driven since 1978, what's her mileage?

Her mileage is 109270. I found two inspection reciepts under the seat. One is from 1976 with bit more than 90kMiles and the second is from 1977 with bit more than 100kMiles and the tach is now reading 9270 miles. After 99999 they Start from 0 again.
