Can someone please tell me what this is on the drivers fender? It's disconnected for some reason and I see another single pigtail under it as well as another single connector to the left that is not connected. Additionally what is the best resource for detailed wiring diagrams and vacuum diagrams? I purchased the online Chilton's manual and it is awful it has nothing like the old books used to actually have.

1974 had a set belt interlock system, I'm not sure what's involved or how it works. Best to get yourself the factory Service manual

:welcome:From central New York! that is clean, factory service manual on CD is in my opinion the best way to go. You can print the page you need, and if it gets dirty, who cares.   :alan2cents:

Is there a specific Plymouth factory manual anyone recommends?

:welcome: what a nice original car. That's a tough one but it is your car. As stated if you change anything I would definitely keep all the original parts as 1974 was only a 1/2 year production and you never know what the market will do.
