Please give a warm welcome to @Sleepychallenger who is back after moving from Colorado to FLA and successfully completing USAF Officer School!  Congrats Drew!   :yessir:

If y'all remember he blew his 383 in his '70 Challenger on the way to training in Alabama.  We are all interested to hear your plans for the Chally......

Thanks folks. I love being in the Air Force so thanks to all of you for your support...except Dan since he posted that horrible picture. Lol.

As for the car, I'm picking up an engine on Sunday and will be tearing it apart to build a 496 stroker.

Thanks again guys.

Probably won't be until after Thanksgiving. Gotta go to more training for 3 months in Texas.

Congrats on your training. I see you're in the USAF but watch out in Texas for the Confederate Air Force!

"There are no traffic jams along the extra mile" Roger Staubach, when I was in the USN, back in 1969 Roger Staubach was a Lt. in the Navy Supply Corp. Old #12 was my division officer. How about that?    Thanks,   Al

Thanks Neil. If you decide to leave your beach front and visit ours you've got a place to stay. Same goes for if your car needs a place to sleep  :D

It did steer better. Took it for alignment and they found that one of the bolts on the other side was bad too so had that replaced. It ran great and drove straight all the way from Denver to Florida. Just couldn't seem to make it to Alabama.

440 source has a 496 kit that Ive been eyeing for a while now. Getting the new 383 on Sunday. Came out of a 71 Roadrunner so hopefully its a good donor. Pretty sure Im going to have to get one new head as well.
