Thanks for all the encouraging and kind comments. I already have a 3rd set of seatbelts installed so we just need 1 of 2 to grow out of the car seat so I can get the whole family in the Plymouth.

Its AMAZING to not care if they fall or get hurt. If a foster kid gets hurt in California its a real pain, up to a three hour wait to be released from the hospital as you have to have a doctor sign off that it was an accident.
