1970 Challenger hood latch

Have a hood latch that needs to be rebuilt. Also the lever has been welded where you see paint missing. Weld is not holding well so would need repaired from back during rebuild. Not sure if it has any value, (maybe date code?), so if you are interested pm me here. Make an offer and cover shipping.
