Saw this but missing a piece for other fender

Super hard to find, but not sure how someone would get the 3rd piece that is missing? 

That is one of the best looking moldings on a Challenger.  I really dig it.

there are 4 of the passenger side fender pieces on eBay right now - NONE that I see for the driver's side

At least that one doesn't seem to have a crack and/or dent in the center piece.

The cost of repairing a tweaked dented center piece will add $500-700 for repair and chroming.
