Glad you put the phone #. I'm sure someone will ask: Engine : is this still in the car? and did you hear it run?  I know if i were buying it used i would like to inspect the inside of the engine block for wear, cylinders, crankshaft, etc.
Trans parts: is the flywheel, clutch and  bearing etc new or used?
And are the headers new or used? Just some food for thought.

Still trying to upload the 40 plus pictures I have. Bought the engine and transmission as one assembly already out of the car. So, never heard it run. Know the person well who sold it to me well and have bought many parts from him over the years. It was running when he pulled it out. Body of the Cuda was past saving. I broke down the transmission to send off for rebuild. Planned on the same with the motor. Turned it over last night while taking pictures. Never would take the chance of installing 47 year old engine without going through it. Can pull the heads for whomever wanted to see the cylinder bores and check for bore size.

Headers are new. All the clutch parts flywheel, pressure plate, shifter, etc are from the original purchase. I had planned on upgrading.
