I replaced the Rear Bumper on my 74 with a new aftermarket bumper.    The original is in good shape, but, yes it needs re-chromed.   I also have an extra backing plate for it.   

Make any reasonable offer plus shipping and its yours.   Certainly available for local pick up in Raleigh, NC area.
