All rings and buckets got the 30 second  tapitty tap on mounting points, and checked for flat.
You should see the pile of buckets and broken spot weld trim rings left behind.  The point is, no junk.
Don't blast,  clean off , and use metal etch, or ideally rust mort to brighten galvanize.
