That has been listed for a very long time. There was one identical for sale at Moparfest 2015 for $100 and I didn't buy it at the time because I didn't need it.
It's missing the adaptor housing but there are other parts one could use I guess, no where near worth the asking price in my opinion....Up here in Canada they're pretty common
