Thank you. It took significant time to reverse engineer them and then adapt as necessary for me to be comfortable putting it out there.
I am a plastic injection moldmaker by trade. It would be 200k-300k in tooling costs (offshore prices) to make injection molds for all the components.
So this became the alternative.

I've been saying for a few years that this is going to be the future of the restoration parts industry. Things that used to be unobtainium can now be easily reproduced without the huge tooling costs. The great thing is, small timers can absolutely get involved with a little bit of time and investment.
The only thing flat earthers fear, is sphere itself.

'70 Barracuda B5/B5 225 /6 3spd ... about as bare bones as they came .... now in 4spd flavor

Exactly.
Offshore supplier for where it work now is utilizing 3D metal printing stainless steel for our cores and cavities.

Then there is this level

How did you get that texture on the face? I print mine face down on a textured plate.

Bump.
Have more vents completed.
 Reproduction A/C vent sets for sale.
Center and right side vent for 70 wide face design style. Includes push/pull lever and rear closure flap.
$500.00 US.
($275 center- $225 right vent)

Center and right side vent for 71-74 design style. Will also fit 70.
Same cost for wide face vents without the push/pull button and rear flap.
$450
($275 center- $175 right vent)
Exterior bezel texture matched closely to factory.
Components 3D printed out of ASA w/carbon fiber and ABS w/fiber
Silver perimeter on louver housings painted with automotive grade paint.
Frames and silver faces finished with 2K catalyzed matte clear for permanent finish.
#8 SS pan head mounting screws included.
Mounting posts printed with correct internal threads for #8 screws.

Don't know if you knew about this car or not.  I got to see it in person at Techmer PM.  They made the carbon fiber material for the body.
