Looking for a 4 speed top plate. There back ordered from classics and haven't had any luck finding a original

Is the top plate with four or five holes correct for a 71?

Put it this way....if it has five and you only need four, just replace the woodgrain and no one will know, if it only has four and you need five, break out the drill and no one will know.
