Is it only the 72- up that has the seatbelt warning in the dash plastic

Unless you require OEM, you might do some checking on internet for new/used/repop individual pieces. Its been several years since I replaced mine, but it was way cheaper. Btw, the '70 right side woodgrain panel will cover the hole in the "newer" backing plates that have hole for backup light.
